Football Predictions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Football Predictions mobile application (“Football Predictions” or the “App”), provided by TRUTH DEVELOPERS (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to digital services in your country, to use the App.
If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The App is not intended to encourage minors to participate in gambling.
Football Predictions provides football predictions, match-related information, statistics, analysis, notifications, and related content.
Predictions are generated or selected using available football information, analysis, historical performance, algorithms, editorial judgment, or a combination of these methods. Predictions represent opinions or estimates, not statements of fact.

Football Predictions is an informational and entertainment application. It is not a gambling, betting, investment, or financial advisory service.
If you choose to bet using information displayed in the App, you do so independently and entirely at your own risk.
The App is currently provided free of charge and is supported by advertisements.
Advertisements may be supplied by third-party advertising providers. The appearance of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that TRUTH DEVELOPERS endorses the advertiser, its products, services, or claims.
With your permission, Football Predictions may send notifications concerning predictions, matches, results, reminders, promotions, and App updates.
You may disable notifications through your device settings at any time.

The App’s software, branding, design, selection of content, original predictions, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TRUTH DEVELOPERS.
The App may contain advertisements, data, links, or content supplied by third parties. TRUTH DEVELOPERS does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
We may add, change, suspend, restrict, or remove features or content at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or where required by law.
The App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” TRUTH DEVELOPERS disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TRUTH DEVELOPERS will not be liable for betting losses, decisions made using predictions, third-party services, interruptions, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify and hold TRUTH DEVELOPERS harmless from claims arising from unlawful use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Our collection and use of information are described in the Football Predictions Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. For disputes, users should first contact us to attempt informal resolution.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates means acceptance where permitted by law.
